Payment Methods


1. What payment methods do you accept?

For Canadian orders we prefer an Interac bank e-transfer to bernard@miniprints.ca as this helps to reduce our fees.

For all international orders we accept PayPal and major credit cards. You do not need to have a PayPal account and can use any Mastercard, VISA or American Express credit card with PayPal. It is just our payment gateway.

Please note that your payment will appear as made to traffic marketing + design inc.  which is my design company.


Returns and Refunds Policy

2. Do you offer returns or refunds?

No unfortunately once your order is printed and sent we cannot offer a refund. All miniprints come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee and we will work very hard to make you happy.


Order Turnaround Time

3. What is your order turnaround time?

It depends. We custom print ALL orders to your specifications, and the timing to turnaround your order depends on a number of factors such as how busy we are and how big is your order. We strive to print all orders and ship within one week of receiving your order.


Shipping Information and Costs

4. What countries do you ship to? How much is shipping?

Pretty much every country. We ship via Canada Post and you can check the miniprints.com website for information and shipping costs.

5. Are orders sent with a tracking number?

Unless otherwise specified, all miniprints are sent out by the most economical shipping method. Orders are usually sent by Canada Post Small Package Air regular mail so there is no tracking number. You can choose a more expensive tracked or express shipping method in the shipping options.

6. How long does shipping take?

Given the time of the year, increased volume, and COVID, mail is taking at least 2-3 weeks to arrive. I would hope that you should see your order in a couple of weeks after you see your shipping notification. If not, don’t panic. It’s pretty rare that a package gets lost. 7. Do you print other scales?

Yes we do. We do have a maximum size that will fit on our equipment, so please contact us with your unique needs and we will see if it is doable.

8. Do the figures come painted? How do you suggest painting the figures?

All miniprints come unpainted. You get to paint them – that’s the fun part. We have a painting clinic online at https://miniprints.ca/clinic/

9. Do you do custom requests?

Absolutely. We love requests! However, we can only take on custom projects if they fit in with our product line and time allows. Minimum order for custom work is $50.

10. Are volume discounts available?

Yes. Please contact us to discuss volume pricing.

11. How do I get my NMRA 15% OFF discount code?
